We certainly are.

We are two life-long friends

who got together to sell our creations at shows

and other online venues,

now want to offer them online through our own site.

Along the way we discovered some other folks who created great items or had other merchandise to sell, offering a wide range of merchandise!

A lot of the items we offer are ...One Of A Kind... or custom made.

Our goal is  to provide fast, honest service to our customers at the best price possible.

We handle all contacts personally,  no automated system or form letters that miss the point!

We carefully inspect and describe our items,  pack them securely and ship with tracking  to ensure they arrive safely to you.

Yes, we do things the old fashioned way.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept Paypal a secure checkout for us at this time.

You can pay with your visa, MC, American Express or personal account.

You do not need a Paypal account to check out.

We are working on other methods for accepting payments.

Shipping TOP

We offer USPS Priority.

Items must ship to a residential address within the US.

Outside of the US shipping will have to be adjusted to your purchase once weighed and confirmed with address. You will receive an email stating what your additional shipping charges will be.

A 3 day handling time is to be considered within the US, in addition to shipping time. In most cases items are shipped out the next day from the order. 

Custom orders will require additional time as the items need to be made.  Please email us for info about this.

My item arrived broken. Can I get a refund? TOP

Yes.

so that we may discuss the proper way to handle your issue.

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization .

All return requests by email within 3 days after receipt.

All items returned shall be in the same condition as shipped by

Petals n'Pine and only item cost shall be reimbursed upon return authorization approval.

Buyer shall pay all return shipping costs.

Since we have all items on hand, yes, just contact us via email.  

However, there may be a delay of a few days as items are stored in two locations.

When requesting Custom Florals you will have to email us at petalsnpineorders@hotmail.com

Please include a description of what features you would like , including dimensions, colors, quantities, photos can also be used for reference.

Once we have established what you specifically want to order, via email communication you will be given a price for your Florals and a 50% deposit will be required at that time. Custom Orders can take up to 3 weeks to make.  Shipping time is not included in this time frame.
